This page explains how Dexmetrics users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: "Dexmetrics Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address used for your Dexmetrics account so we can identify your profile.
What we delete
- Your Dexmetrics user account record.
- Your saved favorites linked to your account.
- Authentication links associated with your account (for example Google sign-in link).
What may be retained
- Minimal security and technical logs may be retained for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Deletion timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days of identity verification.
